Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by building client relationships, offering expert guidance on fine jewelry, and utilizing clienteling tools to meet personal and store metrics. Execute promotions, trunk shows, and customer outreach while providing tailored product advice and repair estimates. Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish inventory, and support asset protection initiatives by following security protocols. Ensure seamless omnichannel service by confidently speaking inventory details and suggesting service plans. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, moving around all store areas and lifting up to 40 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
