Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver positive customer experiences by building client relationships, offering expert guidance on fine jewelry, and utilizing clienteling tools to meet personal and store metrics. Execute promotions, trunk shows, and customer outreach while providing tailored product advice, service plans, and minor repair assistance. Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish inventory, and support asset protection protocols across all store areas. Work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, while regularly moving throughout the store to serve customers and manage product presentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
