Job Summary
Drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by building client relationships, offering expert guidance on fine jewelry merchandise, and utilizing clienteling tools to meet client needs. Execute successful promotions, trunk shows, and customer outreach to maximize performance while providing repair estimates, documentation, and minor repair assistance. Maintain visual merchandising standards, replenish products timely, and support asset protection initiatives by following security protocols. Leverage training resources to continuously build product knowledge and suggestive selling behaviors. Available to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move around all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
- Must bend, reach, stretch for product as well as lift, carry, and move at least 40 lbs
- Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 16 years old
