Job Summary
Lead Fine Jewelry sales at Belk Martinsville to drive store objectives and customer engagement. Own team development, onboarding, and coaching to enhance product knowledge, suggestive selling, and clienteling. Drive promotions, events, trunk shows, and customer outreach to grow fine jewelry business, while ensuring inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and seamless omni-channel fulfillment. Collaborate with vendors and store leadership to align merchandising, scheduling, and performance goals, and maintain exceptional customer experiences through knowledge of inventory, services, and repair processes.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- ability to lift at least 40 lbs
