Job Summary

Drive store objectives by leading the fine jewelry team in executing promotions, special events, trunk shows, and customer outreach initiatives. Demonstrate high ownership in achieving personal and store key metrics while building genuine relationships with vendors, customers, and the community. Enhance team selling skills through onboarding, teaching opportunities, and one-on-one performance reviews to ensure associates confidently manage inventory and service plans. Oversee repair estimates, shipments, and minor repairs while maintaining strict visual merchandising standards and stock replenishment. Leverage clienteling tools to provide seamless omnichannel experiences and manage shortage control, inventory accuracy, and asset protection protocols. Partner with store leaders to align schedules with traffic plans and event strategies, adapting tactics to evolving business needs. Available for a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical requirements to move all store areas and lift up to 40 lbs.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of retail experience
