Job Summary
Greet guests within one minute, serve and clear tables, replenish beverages, and process checks in under four minutes. Maintain attentive posture, monitor guest satisfaction, and record feedback for management. Pre-bus tables, keep stations stocked and clean, and assist with special needs guests. Complete opening and closing duties, review shift logs for VIPs and large parties, and adhere to liquor laws and information security policies. Work a 24-hour schedule while maintaining a professional environment and supporting the team.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an outgoing, friendly personality and a cheerful, accommodating disposition
- Must remain calm and professional in a fast paced environment
- Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- Ability to write routine correspondence and to speak effectively and interact well with the customers and employees
- Must have the ability to resolve problems/conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner
- Must be able to stand, walk and move through all areas of the dining room for a lengthy period of time
- Must be able to carry trays which may weigh up to fifty (50) pounds
- Must be able to assist with special needs of customers
- Must maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and effectively deal with guests, management, employees, and members of the business community
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalency preferred
- Customer service and at least three (3) years of fine dining server experience preferred
- Proficient in large tray service
