Job Summary
Lead the kitchen team in a high-end fine-dining environment at The Winds, Grand Casino Hinckley, overseeing BOH operations, supervising line cooks, ensuring premium food quality, safety, and plating standards; drive labor, food cost, and kitchen systems, mentor and develop staff, participate in tastings and menu evolution, and represent culinary excellence during VIP events and service recovery; requires 6+ years of F&B operations experience with 5+ years in supervisory/managerial roles, ServSafe and Alcohol Awareness certifications (or ability to obtain), and ability to obtain a Gaming Regulatory Authority license; Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in hiring.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years progressive Food & Beverage Operations experience with 5+ years of Supervisory/Managerial experience
- ServSafe Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Alcohol Awareness Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Must be able to secure a license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA)
- preference for Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian heritage will be exercised in the hiring process
