Job Summary
Fine Dining Server at Hearth Grill, Promontory Club in Park City, UT. Responsibilities include greeting members in a friendly, professional manner; building relationships with members; knowledge of contemporary food trends, wines and spirits; following the Fine Dining Steps of Service; soliciting orders, communicating dietary needs to kitchen staff; delivering orders, ensuring guest satisfaction, processing payments, and maintaining a clean dining area. Requires High School diploma or GED preferred, Utah Food Handler's Permit within two weeks, UDABC alcohol server training, and be at least 21. Previous casual-restaurant experience and familiarity with Northstar POS are preferred. Must be able to work varied hours, stand long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
