Job Summary
Circa 1886 is seeking a Fine Dining Server in downtown Charleston. Responsibilities include taking reservations with Open Table, being knowledgeable about menu ingredients and wine, maintaining dining room cleanliness, handling closeout duties and paperwork, and following direction from the Restaurant Manager (or Office/Assistant Manager in their absence). The position demands the ability to stand up to 9 hours, lift up to 40 pounds, and work a schedule that includes weeknights, weekends, and holidays.
