Job Summary
Fine dining restaurant General Manager to oversee all daily operations, lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, manage budgets, partner with Executive Chef, ensure health/safety standards, guest satisfaction, training, events, and vendor relationships. Oversee budgeting/forecasting, cost controls, staff development, and a top-tier guest experience; collaborate with culinary leadership to align service and kitchen operations; drive community engagement and private dining execution; ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations; lead vendor management and inventory control; availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Compensation: $75,000 - $85,000 Salary Range.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of General Manager experience in upscale or fine dining restaurant
- Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team in a fine dining environment
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials, P&L management, and cost controls
- Current SERVSAFE Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
