Job Summary
Greet guests upon arrival, escort them to tables, and manage seating arrangements. Provide menus, answer inquiries, and make dining recommendations while coordinating with the kitchen and servers for timely service. Assist with reservations and the waiting list, maintaining a clean host station and resolving guest issues. Uphold high standards of professionalism and service excellence as the first point of contact. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a high school diploma and prior hospitality experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of reservation systems and basic computer skills
