Job Summary
Resets tables and keeps the dining area clean and presentable; provides guest assistance as needed; assists other staff and maintains quality service in a fine dining setting. Requires ability to carry out tasks under supervision, excellent customer service, clear communication with guests and employees, and good teamwork. Education: High School diploma or GED; Food handlers card required. Work environment includes dining room during busy times, smoky/noisy/crowded conditions, evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
