Job Summary
Fine Dining Bartender at Grasslands Club in a full-time role. Deliver anticipatory, personalized beverage service; craft classic and contemporary cocktails; maintain expert knowledge of wine, spirits, and craft cocktail programs; engage members with genuine, warm conversation while maintaining professionalism; collaborate with culinary and service teams for seamless dining experiences; uphold bar cleanliness; assist in curating seasonal cocktail menus and beverage program development; act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Grasslands Club hospitality standards; manage side work, bar setup, inventory, and close.
Required Qualifications
- Bartending experience in fine dining/private club/upscale hospitality setting
- Tennessee server permit / ABC certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Polished communication and professional presence
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktail preparation
- Team-oriented with a collaborative, positive attitude
