Job Summary
The Fine Dining Bartender role at The St. Anthony (Esencia) involves creating a sophisticated beverage experience in a luxury hotel setting. Responsibilities include bar preparation and presentation with premium spirits, wines, and mixers; garnishes and syrups preparation; maintaining a polished bar setup; engaging guests with expert recommendations on wine, cocktails, and food pairings; crafting cocktails with creativity and precision; ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company alcohol-service regulations; processing orders and payments with discretion and accuracy; safeguarding beverage inventory and tools; collaborating with servers and team members; and contributing to a seamless guest experience across the dining room and lounge. Requirements include 2+ years of bartender experience, deep knowledge of spirits and pairings, strong mixology skills, excellent communication and multitasking abilities, a professional appearance, ability to stand for long periods, and a health/safety certification (RV Bar Card) within 45 days of hire.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience as a bartender preferred
- Deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, fine wines, and food pairings
- Strong understanding of mixology techniques, bar tools, and classic cocktail recipes
- Refined guest service skills with ability to anticipate needs
- Excellent communication, memory, and multitasking skills under pressure
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to obtain RV Bar Card within 45 days of hire
- Ability to work in a busy fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift at least 30 lbs
