Fine Art Quoting Specialist

On-siteQueens, New York, United States

Full Time

Job Summary

Generate rapid, accurate multi-modal shipping estimates for US galleries during high-pressure sales cycles, major art fairs, and auctions. • at least 1 year dedicated to the fine art or high-value asset sector

  • management of ATA Carnets or Temporary Importation under Bond (TIB) for exhibition pieces
  • Comprehensive understanding of air freight, ocean freight, and domestic climate-controlled (TTV) road networks within the United States
  • Ability to coordinate between gallery insurers and freight underwriters to ensure seamless, compliant high-value coverage
  • Proven track record of handling high-profile client details, high-value financial data, and anonymous buyer information with absolute privacy
  • Excellent commercial awareness with strong numeracy skills to correctly calculate margins, currency conversions, and volume-to-weight ratios under tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with industry-standard Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
