Job Summary
Investigate and report suspicious activity to support Wise's AML program. Carry out reviews on alerted accounts, assess payment activity and patterns, obtain supporting information when needed, and take ownership of individual investigations while escalating where appropriate. Participate in an active feedback loop with AML, developers, and product teams to improve our compliance and product quality. Requires excellent English skills, an inquisitive mind, meticulous attention to detail, strong logical thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to exercise independent judgement and work under pressure. Open to feedback, curious, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Prior AML or investigations experience is beneficial.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in AML or investigating suspicious activity will be beneficial
