Job Summary
Manage operational finance for Germany and Switzerland, overseeing monthly P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow reconciliation. Prepare payroll, manage expense reports, and oversee accounts receivable while ensuring compliance with tax regulations and internal controls. Generate forecasts, budgets, and ad-hoc reports to support management decisions and external auditors. Minimize redundancy and drive cost savings without compromising data integrity. Collaborate daily with internal teams and regularly with external consultants and banks. Leverage AI tools within ERP systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting.
Required Qualifications
- Sichere mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikation in Deutsch und Englisch
- Eine Qualifikation als Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation
Desired Qualifications
