Job Summary
Advise private and business clients on pension, savings, and investment solutions, including 3a/3b, ETF savings plans, and provident funds. Analyze client needs, create financial concepts and proposals without insurance products, and conduct online or in-person appointments. Manage CRM follow-ups, maintain client portfolios, and generate recommendations for ongoing engagement. Quereinsteiger welcome with self-reliant work style. Full VBV training costs covered with certification possible. Hybrid work available with clear career path from Junior to Team Lead.
