Job Summary
Operate daily financial bookkeeping for debtors, creditors, and asset accounts, including verification, posting, and reconciliation. Lead a small team of two to three employees while managing liquid planning, budget controlling, and financial reporting alongside the management team. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing documents for the external tax advisor and oversee cash flow, payment processing, and debt collection. Maintain master data within the PDS ERP system and support administrative functions. This role involves direct collaboration with the executive team to steer central financial processes within a growing construction and technical building equipment firm in Frankfurt.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Bilanzbuchhalter/in, Kauffrau/-mann für Büromanagement, Industriekauffrau/-mann) oder ein vergleichbares Studium
- Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insbesondere Excel)
- Erfahrung mit PDS, DATEV oder vergleichbaren ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen
- erste Erfahrung in der Teamleitung mit oder hast den klaren Wunsch und das Potenzial, den nächsten Karriereschritt in die Verantwortung für ein kleines Team (2–3 Personen) zu gehen
- Strukturierte, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

Desired Qualifications
- Hintergrund im Handwerk, Baugewerbe oder der Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)
- Erfahrung mit PDS, DATEV oder vergleichbaren ERP-/Buchhaltungssystemen ist von großem Vorteil
