Job Summary
Manage creditor and debtor management by processing incoming invoices, clearing outstanding balances, and maintaining accurate master data. Execute daily payment traffic and ensure precise account reconciliation. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing reports to support strategic decisions for management. File VAT advance declarations and other tax reports to the tax authority on time. This role requires a commercial background in accounting with expertise in DATEV and MS Excel. Required Qualifications
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Fokus Buchhaltung/Finanzen
- Fundierte Praxis in der Kreditoren-/Debitorenbuchhaltung sowie im Zahlungsverkehr
- Sicher in der Vorbereitung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen sowie im Steuerrecht
- Sicherer Umgang mit DATEV und MS Excel
- Strukturierter Teamplayer mit hoher Zahlenaffinität und Eigenverantwortung
