Job Summary
Process incoming and outgoing invoices by posting them in DATEV, manage debtor and creditor accounts, and handle collection activities. Coordinate with the tax advisor for annual financial statements, generate statistics, and oversee account monitoring while serving as the primary contact for customers, suppliers, and internal departments. Requires a completed commercial training with DATEV expertise and experience in accounting, with benefits including on-the-job training, fruit and coffee, and 30 days of vacation.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen bzw. in der Buchhaltung
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
- Gute DATEV-Kenntnisse
- Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und Abläufe
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Zahlenaffinität
- Kenntnisse in DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen / Unternehmen online
