Job Summary
Conduct ongoing bookkeeping for accounts receivable and payable within the NEVARIS Finance system. Manage payment processing and contribute to monthly closing and UStVA filings. Optimize workflows for invoice intake and output using the DMS Amagno system. Share knowledge during colleague training and onboarding sessions. This role involves internal specialization in creditor and debtor processes within a growing company in Dortmund, offering flexible working hours and remote work options.
Required Qualifications
- Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen
- Umfassende Kenntnisse der Kontokorrentbuchhaltung
- Kenntnisse des Umsatzsteuerrechts
- Routinierter Umgang mit gängiger Office- und Buchhaltungssoftware
Desired Qualifications
- Erfahrung mit Systemintegrationen / -umstellungen
- Kenntnisse in der Baubranche
