Job Summary
Manage independent creditor and debtor accounting, including insurance bookkeeping, payment processing, and account reconciliation. Serve as the primary contact for partners and tax advisors on business inquiries and actively contribute to year-end closing, preparing relevant documentation for auditors. Participate in special projects focused on digitalization and process optimization. This role is based in Lübeck and offers flexible working hours with options for two days of remote work per week. The position supports the holding company's strategic vision and product development within a flat-hierarchy team.
Required Qualifications
- eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein finanzwirtschaftliches Studium
- Erfahrung mit der Buchhaltungssoftware DATEV
- sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- erste praktische Erfahrung im Jahresabschlussbereich
- Grundkenntnisse im Handelsrecht (HGB)
- Grundkenntnisse in der Bilanzierungslogik
