Job Summary
Manage central accounting and controlling functions by processing payment inputs, creating and posting invoices, and overseeing transfers and recurring costs. Monitor KPIs and business metrics while collaborating with DATEV and the tax advisor. Maintain customer data in the billing system and communicate with franchise partners regarding payment issues, as well as correspond with lawyers or notaries on contract or property matters. Work directly with the management team using DATEV systems and modern digital tools. This role requires a commercial background with 2–3 years of experience, strong German skills, and familiarity with macOS.
Required Qualifications
- kaufmännische Ausbildung / steuerlicher Hintergrund oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- ca. 2–3 Jahre Erfahrung in Buchhaltung oder vergleichbarer Position
- sicherer Umgang mit DATEV oder ähnlichen Systemen
- Verständnis für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge (z. B. BWA lesen)
- strukturierte, eigenständige Arbeitsweise
- sicheres Deutsch und Grundkenntnisse in Englisch
- sicherer Umgang mit moderner Software und digitalen Tools
- Erfahrung mit macOS bzw. Bereitschaft, täglich damit zu arbeiten
- gutes Kommunikationsgefühl — freundlich, klar und lösungsorientiert
