Job Summary
Conduct independent financial accounting for accounts receivable, payables, bank, and cash. Post all business transactions in DATEV, including e-commerce transactions from payment providers and online shops. Maintain and reconcile accounts while assisting in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Prepare VAT advance filings and collaborate closely with the tax advisor. Contribute to the design and digitalization of accounting processes. Requires DATEV expertise, SKR03/SKR04 knowledge, and e-commerce experience. Full-time role with salary starting at €2,600; on-site in Bergisch Gladbach with no remote work. Join a fast-growing grill and BBQ e-commerce brand.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Steuerfachangestellte/r, Steuerberater/in, Bilanzbuchhalter/in oder eine kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fundierter Buchhaltungserfahrung
- Sicherer Umgang mit der Finanzbuchhaltung und den gängigen Kontenrahmen (SKR03/SKR04)
- Sehr gute DATEV-Kenntnisse
- Erfahrung im oder ausgeprägte Affinität zum E-Commerce-Umfeld
- Fit und flott am Computer sowie sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse
- Zahlenaffinität
- Verlässlichkeit
