Job Summary
Lead financial accounting for listed real estate companies and coordinate consolidation of separate property bookkeeping. Manage payment traffic, prepare quarterly and annual financial statements per Swiss stock exchange regulations, IFRS, and Swiss GAAP FER, and support internal control system development. Coordinate with external administrators and internal departments on transactions, construction, and property management, while assisting with tax matters, regulatory compliance, and investor reporting. Handle liquidity planning, cash flow management, and internal/external audits, plus support digitalization projects and ad-hoc inquiries for the executive team.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung mit Weiterbildung als Fachmann/-frau Finanz- und Rechnungswesen mit eidg. Fachausweis oder vergleichbarer Qualifikation
- Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Finanzbuchhalter
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Rechnungslegung nach IFRS oder Swiss GAAP FER
- Erfahrung mit den spezifischen regulatorischen Anforderungen börsenkotierter Gesellschaften
- Vertrautheit mit Finanzbuchhaltungssoftware
- Erfahrung mit Systemen wie GARAIO/REM, Mammut oder SAP FI/CO
- Fähigkeit, komplexe regulatorische Anforderungen strukturiert und fristgerecht umzusetzen
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
- Hohe Eigeninitiative
