Accompany private and business customers on retirement planning, savings, 3a/3b, ETF investment plans, and financial budgeting. Analyze client needs to develop individual retirement and financial concepts, conducting counseling sessions both online and in person while documenting follow-ups in the CRM. Maintain and expand existing client relationships with a focus on retirement and financial solutions. The role offers a fixed monthly salary ranging from CHF 1500 to 7500 plus bonuses, dependent on workload and performance. A structured internal VBV training program with certification preparation, mentoring, and continuous professional development are provided.
