Job Summary
Financing Specialist within RBC's commercial banking Client Relationship Teams serves as the credit expert, engaging directly with clients to provide superior business, financial and credit advice. Responsibilities include leveraging client discovery and financial analysis to meet credit requests and annual reviews, delivering quality business analysis and credit advice through clear presentation options, demonstrating ability to craft creative credit solutions, and collaborating with Credit Adjudicators to support risk processes. The role requires University-level education, strong financial/risk/credit analysis capabilities, bilingual English/French communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with time-sensitive deadlines. Based in Montréal, QC, Canada, on a full-time basis.
Required Qualifications
- Must-have University degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or equivalent experience
- MBA, CPA, CFA would be interesting assets
- Proven understanding of financial, risk and credit analysis/structuring in support of exceptional client relationship management
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills and client centricity
- Bilingualism (English and French) required
