Job Summary
Financing Solutions Secured Finance Manager drives repo/reverse repo processing, including confirmations, settlements, and reconciliations; validates collateral allocations and netted settlements with clients/CPs; performs daily collateral and cash provider confirmations and wires, tracks settlements, supports triparty repo and FICC/bilateral transactions, and balances end-of-day between vendor and settlement systems. Requires deep repo/secured financing knowledge, strong control mindset, and the ability to manage high volumes with tight deadlines; leads teams and global stakeholders, with a focus on process efficiency and operational excellence. Preferred qualifications include MBA and B.Com, with strong Excel capabilities.
