Job Summary
Senior AVP role in Financing Solutions- Secured Finance focused on repo/reverse repo processing across confirmations, settlements and reconciliations; validate trade economics, collateral allocations, and netted settlements; perform end-of-day balancing and monitor wires; support FICC, triparty, and bilateral transactions; drive process improvements, risk management, and 3-tier backup across locations; lead and coach teams, maintain high standards of customer service, and ensure SLA adherence while aligning with State Street’s governance and control culture. Education background includes MBA or B.Com with strong MS Excel skills; 15+ years of relevant experience in securities financing and settlements; global stakeholder management and ability to operate in a dynamic, multi-location environment.
