Manage finances, budgets, and subsidies for the organization by supporting budget holders and financial advisors with exploitation and investment oversight. Control budgets, invoices, and time registrations while monitoring legality and ensuring obligations and reports remain current. Inform stakeholders about financial frameworks and provide clear overviews and advice. Collaborate with planning & control, project managers, and other process teams to handle financial administration, payments, and tax calculations. Analyze steering information for internal and external parties like the accountant, while tracking internal and external developments. Contribute to digitalizing and improving processes to make finances future-proof. Work 22–32 hours per week at a salary of €3,893 to €5,199 gross per month.
