Job Summary
Oversee full financial operations including monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings while developing and professionalizing business and project control. Analyze project results, margins, cash flow, and working capital to signal financial risks and opportunities, then proactively advise management on strategic improvements. Prepare management reports and financial analyses, acting as a sparring partner for leadership and project management teams. This role supports MUR Conditioning's 70-person team in delivering custom cooling and climate systems for hotels, retail, and utilities.
Required Qualifications
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in een financiële richting
- Minimaal vijf jaar relevante werkervaring in een vergelijkbare financiële functie
- Ervaring binnen een projectmatige organisatie
- Sterke kennis van Excel
- Ervaring met een ERP-systeem
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
Desired Qualifications
