Job Summary
Oversee timely financial reporting across multiple countries, including headquarters packages, and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes. Hold full responsibility for country-specific accounting, statutory obligations, tax matters, and balance sheet reconciliations. Serve as the main liaison for internal and external auditors while ensuring adherence to Corporate Finance Policies, SOX regulations, and US GAAP. Work closely with Internal Control to develop financial policies and evaluate business systems for effective control. Provide reports on actual financial movements and offer technical accounting assistance. Requires 1-5 years of experience, proficiency in Excel and Oracle, and fluency in Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- Completed college or university education in Finance, Accountancy or Business Economics
- Minimum of 1 to 5 years of work experience
- demonstrable work experience for a full fiscal year within a similar role
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proactive and responsible attitude
- Strict command of Excel
- Proficiency in Dutch and English
Desired Qualifications
- experience with Oracle is a plus
