Job Summary
Proactively advise budget holders, management, and the board on financial issues while contributing to planning and control products such as annual accounts and budgets. Translate complex financial information into clear advice for municipal and provincial policy decisions, signaling financial risks and improvement opportunities. Develop financial awareness within teams and strengthen financial policy through an efficient planning and control cycle. Work 24 to 36 hours per week with a maximum gross monthly salary of €6,422, supported by an individual choice budget, 22.5 vacation days, and a remote work option.
Required Qualifications
- Analytisch sterk
- Communicatief vaardig
- Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in Finance, Bedrijfseconomie, Accountancy of vergelijkbaar
- Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als financieel adviseur, bij voorkeur binnen een gemeente of provincie
- Kennis van overheidsfinanciën en begrotingsprocessen
- Basiskennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving en bij voorkeur van het Besluit Begroting en Verantwoording (BBV)
- Inzetbaarheid van 24 tot 36 uur per week
