Job Summary
Present the FinancialForce Professional Services Automation (PSA) application via remote meetings and develop customer relationships. Perform key components of remote implementations including installation, configuration, training, report writing, data migration, and general support. Design and configure solution components following best practices while participating in and supervising each implementation step. Conduct gap analyses and build PSA roadmaps to address potential gaps. Understand client back-office process requirements and assist the project team in translating them into functional specifications for custom development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Professional Service Automation (PSA), Time Tracking, Financial and/or Project Management software
- Experience with Accounting, CRM, ERP and/or HCM systems
- Proven expertise in advising and supporting enterprise-scale technical solutions while meeting complex business requirements
- Strong understanding of software development processes
- Analytical mind and excellent communication skills
- Responsible, methodical, organized and thorough
- Knowledge of Agile methodology
