Job Summary
Financial Wellness Associate in a hybrid KeyBank branch role serving clients through a mix of in-person servicing and proactive outreach. Responsibilities center on accepting and processing financial service transactions, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships, providing customized financial wellness recommendations, and achieving activity and sales goals. The role includes collaborating with branch teammates, participating in morning huddles, maintaining compliance and security, and educating clients on digital banking platforms. Requires strong client experience, cash handling, product knowledge (loans, credit cards, investments), and ability to educate clients on financial concepts. Notary license within 180 days is preferred. Weekend work on Saturdays may be required; location is Monsey, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
- Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key Bank
