Job Summary
Conduct client servicing and transaction support, accepting and processing financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. Engage clients in deeper conversations to uncover needs, providing customized financial wellness recommendations and transitioning complex issues to Bankers. Act as a trusted advisor by listening for financial wellness opportunities during interactions and developing partnerships to drive client acquisition. Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, maintaining cash drawer balances and adhering to compliance and security procedures. Work Saturdays as directed, operating a motor vehicle to visit multiple locations if required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources- through techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Notary License within 180 Days
