Job Summary
Conduct 70% of time in client servicing and transaction support, accepting and accurately processing financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. Dedicate 30% of time to proactive calling and in-person conversations to uncover needs, provide customized financial wellness recommendations, and transition clients to bankers for complex issues. Act as a trusted advisor by resolving complex client servicing issues, balancing cash drawers within guidelines, and maintaining compliance with all security procedures. Prioritize high-impact activities in coordination with branch leadership to ensure strategic time use aligned with business priorities and client needs. Work Saturdays as directed and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources- through techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Notary License within 180 Days
