Job Summary
Accept and accurately process all financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to uncover needs and provide guidance on financial wellness through in-person servicing and proactive calling efforts. Resolve complex client servicing issues and transition clients to Bankers for specialized support. Engage in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs to prioritize high-impact activities aligned with branch performance. Work Saturdays as directed by management and operate a motor vehicle to visit multiple locations. Maintain cash drawer balance within guidelines and ensure compliance with all security procedures.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience
- Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources- through techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking
- Experienced in cash handling
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key
- Valid driver's license
- Notary License within 180 Days
