Job Summary
Hybrid Financial Wellness Associate in Park City, UT supporting branch performance with a split posture of 70% client servicing and transaction support and 30% proactive client conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities. Responsibilities include delivering a strong client experience, processing financial service transactions, identifying opportunities to deepen relationships, educating clients on digital platforms, participating in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, maintaining compliance and security, developing partnerships with branch teammates, and staying current on product guides and policies. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, cash handling, and digital-literacy skills; Notary License within 180 days preferred. This role operates in a hybrid environment with in-person and remote engagement as needed, and involves potential travel within the branch context.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience (required)
- Experienced in developing current and new client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources- through techniques such as tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting and networking. (required)
- Experienced in cash handling. (required)
- General understanding of PC with Windows based applications and calculator. (required)
- Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key. (required)
- Licenses and Certifications Notary License within 180 Days (preferred)
