Financial Wellness Associate

Hybrid Financial Wellness Associate in Poulsbo, WA, delivering client servicing and transaction support (70% of time) and proactive client conversations (30% of time) to uncover needs and provide guidance on financial wellness. Works closely with branch leadership in a hybrid platform role to coordinate activities, participate in in-person morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs, and maintain compliance and security procedures. Responsibilities include processing financial service transactions, identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships, offering customized financial wellness recommendations, educating clients on products and digital capabilities, and contributing to branch performance with strong communication and relationship management. Requires High School Diploma or GED (required) and experience with sales goals and client referrals; Notary license within 180 days (preferred). Saturday work as directed by management.
