Financial Wellness Associate - Bilingual Spanish or Russian a Plus

Conduct client servicing and transaction support, processing financial service transactions while identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to uncover needs and provide customized financial wellness recommendations, transitioning clients individually or to Bankers as appropriate. Resolve complex client servicing issues and balance cash drawers within compliance guidelines. Engage clients proactively through in-person and calling efforts to guide them through their financial journey. Participate in morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs to align with branch performance priorities. Work Saturdays as directed and perform other duties as assigned.
