Job Summary
Collaborate with senior stakeholders to modernize financial processes through innovative solutions and Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools. Assess existing business procedures to identify pain points, evaluate current-state assessments, and recommend future-state improvements for enhanced operational efficiency. Create performance metrics, interactive dashboards, and low-code applications using Power BI, Power Apps, and Tableau to support data-driven decision-making. Coordinate project plans, communicate task updates to executive clients, and develop financial automation capabilities including AI models for high-volume data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to Obtain Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, information systems, engineering, business analytics, or a related field
- ONE (1) years of experience in business transformation, financial management, data analytics, audit or accounting
- Experience with low-code and no-code technology platforms, including SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Tableau
- Ability to synthesize information quickly and learn new skills, view problems and apply a variety of solutions, and lead client-facing discussions and meetings
- Experience with: Supporting client meetings and presenting recommendations to senior-level leadership
- Utilizing project management best practices
- Working in teams to produce high-impact work products
- Documenting and evaluating business processes and making recommendations for process improvements
- Conducting research to investigate client problems and working collaboratively with a team to formulate and recommend solutions
Desired Qualifications
- Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY
- Master's degree preferably in Business Analytics
- Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or project management (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe) and/or strong understanding of these concepts, or interest in obtaining these certifications
- Experience analyzing data using programming tools such as Python, R, SQL, and Databricks
- Familiarity or proficiency with cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Ability to develop insightful visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI or Qlik
- Experience with change management or organizational design, especially in financial environments
- Desire and ability to quickly develop an overall technical skillset related to analytics and automation to apply and tailor to the specific needs of clients and the mission of their organizations
