Job Summary
Provides timely processing of financial data, accounts payable invoices and encumbrances, and accounts receivable posting using school finance systems; assists with administrative and office-management tasks, including ordering supplies, documenting expenses, preparing routine correspondence, managing calendars, and supporting student registration and visitor reception. Requires data-entry accuracy, ability to review financial transactions for proper coding, and ability to balance deposits and generate routine financial reports; interacts with the public, parents, staff, and other stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with general office software and equipment
- Ability to operate computer and standard office equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to prepare routine reports and maintain records
- Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
