Job Summary
Financial Systems Programmer/Analyst to design, develop and implement solutions for the firm’s financial systems, including database design and data retrieval/manipulation. Responsibilities include integrating third-party software, collaborating with Business Analysts to gather specifications, adhering to coding and documentation standards, performing knowledge transfer with vendors, and supporting ERP-related tools (e.g., Aderant). Requires in-depth development skills (MS Visual Studio, VS Code, C#, ASP.Net, Entity Framework, T-SQL) and front-end knowledge (Angular 19+, HTML/CSS/TypeScript/JavaScript); experience with SSRS/SSIS is a plus; familiarity with professional services firms and strong communication and time-management abilities. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in CIS or related field or 8+ years programming experience. Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 base salary; comprehensive benefits. Location: New York, NY (onsite).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field or 8 years programming experience
- MS Visual Studio, VS Code, C#, ASP.Net, MS Entity Framework, T-SQL
- Angular 19+ frontend framework and HTML/CSS/TypeScript/JavaScript
- SSRS, SSIS is a plus
- Experience with Aderant, Practice Management Systems or other ERP systems
- Familiarity with professional services firms
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including advanced Excel (design, lookups, pivot tables)
- Ability to prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines
