Job Summary
Oversees the development, validation, and maintenance of revenue, operating, capital, and personnel budgets; acts as the SME for budgeting and financial planning systems (configurations, implementation, maintenance, and vendor coordination); leads the setup and execution of annual operating and capital budgets; prepares and analyzes financial reports, dashboards, forecasts, and variances; manages data extraction/validation across source systems (e.g., Epic, Workday, and industry databases); collaborates with departments to validate budget submissions; provides guidance and support to analysts and end users; requires advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/financial systems; strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and three (3) years of experience in financial reporting, budgeting, or financial analysis
