Financial Systems Manager

Job Summary
Administer and govern the OneStream platform, maintaining system dimensions, metadata, account mappings, and organizational hierarchies while coordinating upgrades and user acceptance testing. Design and automate standardized financial reports, dashboards, and recurring packages to support statutory, management, and segment reporting requirements. Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, IT, and regional finance teams to troubleshoot system issues, develop ad hoc analytical solutions, and ensure data integrity across ERP integrations. Requires 7+ years of financial reporting experience and 3+ years administering OneStream or comparable systems. Located on-site at the assigned work location.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related discipline
- 7+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, or financial systems experience
- 3+ years administering OneStream or a comparable consolidation and reporting system
- Strong consolidation and reporting system administration, report development, workflow, metadata, and hierarchy management experience
- Advanced Excel and financial data analysis skills
- Job will require punctual attendance and regular presence on-site at the assigned work location
- We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance abuse testing
- This position requires the final candidate to successfully pass an E-Verify Check
