Job Summary
Lead administration of Oracle NetSuite, Planful, and adjacent tools (Salesforce, Esker, Concur) for the Boston Red Sox and Fenway Sports Group entities. Manage end-to-end system updates, patches, and version upgrades while designing custom scripts, workflows, and data integrations to automate manual processes. Own the financial technology infrastructure by collaborating with IT on user provisioning, data governance, and internal controls, ensuring audit compliance and system integrity. Train and support all finance end users on system operations and resolve data discrepancies or latency issues proactively.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5 + years of hands-on experience with administrating NetSuite and integrations
- Administrator and SuiteScript certification
- Demonstrated experience with Oracles NetSuite and Planful or similar ERP/EPM/CPM planning tools
- Proven track record writing SuiteScript and/or SuiteFlow workflows
- Proven track record querying data via SuiteQL/SQL
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining integrations using Workato or a comparable ETL/iPaaS platform
- Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational data structures for reporting, reconciliation, and troubleshooting
- Proficient understanding of accounting and FP&A processes (close, audit, budgeting, forecasting, reporting), internal controls, and data security
- Experience administering or integrating ADP, Esker, Concur, Salesforce and SharePoint
- Experience leading or supporting system upgrade cycles and cross-functional implementation projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and translate business requirements into system design with strong discipline in documentation
