Job Summary
Design and maintain financial reporting solutions within Workday, developing standard reports for financial close, regulatory requirements, and ad hoc requests. Configure reporting structures, dimensions, and hierarchies to ensure outputs align with general ledger data and support reconciliation processes. Partner with Accounting and Finance to define reporting needs, investigate discrepancies, and establish governance practices that promote consistent use of Workday tools. Develop calculated fields and matrix reports while providing guidance on best practices and user adoption. This onsite role (3 days/week) supports Medica's mission to deliver personalized care to over a million members across multiple states.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of work experience beyond degree
- This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite, on average, 3 days per week
- candidates located near one of the following office locations: Minnetonka, MN, or Madison, WI
- Eligibility to work in the US
