Job Summary
Process user security access requests and approval workflows while maintaining system configuration changes and data reconciliations. Lead testing efforts for ERP system enhancements and collaborate with IT business analysts to troubleshoot complex issues and optimize financial system performance. Provide advanced user support, develop training materials for end users, and analyze financial data integrity to recommend process improvements. Ensure compliance with security protocols and document system issues for timely resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a major in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a closely related field
- Two years of professional-level experience in accounting, budgeting, auditing, financial analysis, or financial management
- Valid Arizona Class D driver license at the time of application or appointment
Desired Qualifications
- Experience providing ERP system or software support to end-users
- Experience as a subject matter expert in one or more areas of a system or application
- Experience in testing system fixes, system enhancements, or participating in a system upgrade or implementation
- Experience reconciling multiple systems, including data mining and data analysis
- Experience managing user access, approval workflows, or configuration changes in a system and/or application
- Bachelor degree or higher in MIS, finance, accounting, or business analytics
